As seems to be the custom, I thought I'd add my, 'hello I'm new' here intro

I'm just newly back into wow after a 3yr break, no coincidence that I have a 3yr old son, before which I'd played for a couple of years.

The cata expansion tempted me enough to re-install and come back for a peek at what's been going on...

As much as I'd liked seeing my old characters again (on the Kul Tiras server) there's been that many changes since I was last playing I didn't know half of their abilities and getting to grips with them would be a very steep learning curve - and so when I found Brambline's thread on the elders in the RP forum I knew this would be the perfect place for me to set up my new home :D

I like to play at a leasurely pace, for me too many people seem to rush through the levels and miss half the beauty of the game - I'm particularly keen on wandering off the beaten path rather than sticking to the linear quest driven route map - so if anyone ever needs a hand for any purpose (albeit from my willing but low level dwarves) please just shout - always nice to have company for the journey.

My deadly duo are:
Tullibardine, hunter extrordinaire
Braemar, paladin with a plan

I also occassionally give my evil alter-ego a run out on the horde side:
Vostok, the limping warlock

Look forward to seeing you all in-game

P.S. I'm Scottish, and in my thirties - yes I actually do sound like the dwarves (and possibly look like them too)

What a delightful introduction. Especially because everything you describe and the way you describe it sounds so familiar. I think you'll find many like-minded folks in the Elders with very much the same ideals about playing the game. Lovely to have you join us and I hope you start to feel right at home with us very soon!

By the way, if you ever want Braemar or Vostok added to the Elders let me know (or simply ask one of the other elders to add you). All matrons and patrons can invite. (right now you only have Tullibardine in the guild if I remember right)

'Ello and welcome to the guild.

Well, maybe I'll take you up on that offer. :)

I love exploring the WoW world and since my characters are low-level too, perhaps we can do some exploring together some day? :D
