Hi Elders. I've been playing on and off during summertime (since I work as a teacher I have a looong summer vacation..!) and I enjoy playing alone. Once I was invited to some dungeon, I don't even remember which, and I REALLY REALLY made a fool of myself. I did every newcomer's mistake there is to do, I think. After that I haven't had the courage to try again.

But.... now I would really like to learn how to play together with others in instances and dungeons. I'm now a lvl 49 feral combat druid, so I think it is about time I learn this! :)

So: is there anyone who would like to train with me? As I said, I am really new to this, so you need to be patient! :D

When I'm on Oakenwing feel free to poke me about instances. Although you might outlevel me soon. I'm currently having to work a bit of overtime and stuff so wont be online much. But if I can dust off the Death knight which is 59 when you get to around that level when I get back. :)

Hi Naturesoul

I'll be very happy to help out. Like you, I'm still fairly new to the game (and, indeed, the guild). I haven't done any dungeons yet and was hoping to be able to group with people soon.

If you ever see me online, let me know and we can make fools of ourselves together!

Hope to see you soon.

Naturesoul & I have decided to try a dungeon run this evening at 7:30. However, as there are only 2 of us, this may prove to be a problem.

Can anyone either suggest a dungeon that we shouldn't have any problem with (as there are just 2 of us, both of whom are inexperienced at grouping) or is anyone willing to join up with us to help us out?

Thanks

If I'm home at that time I'll log on and help you out. I can heal on my druid. You'd really want to be 5 in a group for an instance but I can understand if you're wary of inviting somone you don't know when you first go into one. But if I have the chance to come online we could have maybe Natural tanking, you on dps and I can heal. We should be able to do some lower level instances like that the three of us.

If you're only two it can get really hard unless you pick the lowest level places. But when you feel confident enough you can try using the Looking for dungeon tool which have an option for you to sign up as a group (the two of you) then the tool will add three more to your group.

Anyways was that 7.30 server time or GMT?

That's great, thanks Damkina! We're going at 7:30pm UK time.

Any suggestions on which dungeons to consider? We're both in the early 50s, level wise, so should we aim for a dungeon aimed at the 40s or even lower?

Hope to see you later.

I'll try to join you. I don't have any characters in your level range, but I can come with my holy paladin since you would need some healing.

Seeing as you both are level 52 and 54, the only dungeon in that range would be the first part of Blackrock Depths in Blackrock Mountain which is as large as Texas. But we could go and visit The Temple of Atal'Hakkar in Swamp of Sorrows, also known as The Sunken Temple, level range there is 45 to 50.

Damkina beat me while I was writing this post. *grins* Well, my offer still stands.

Excellent - thanks a lot, Zamarane.

The Temple of Atal'Hakkar would be great, as I have a Paladin quest there. Hope to see you later.

I just read previous posts .... is 7:30pm UK time = 20.30 server time? (Darn time difference, I live in Central Europe.)

If it is, then I'm afraid I can't come. My apologies. But I'm ready to help any other day.

Edit: it looks like I'm stalking Damkina. Well, it's true, Orcs are kinda sexy. I think.

I think that UK time is currently the server time, as we are on GMT+1. So 7:30pm UK time should be 7:30pm server time at present.

I think the server time is GMT+2 during summer, the same as Central European Summer Time, but you might want to check http://www.world-time-zones.org/ to be sure.

Edit: I'll be online around 19.00 (7.00pm) server time and we will see.
