Post subject:  Tips for newcomers to the guild

Hi just thought i would make this little thread for people considering joining this great guild with what i think are 5 top little tit-bits on the guild its self.

1. Horde side is usually much busier than Alliance
2. The Elders is perfect for people who enjoy the game but cannot commit to regular activities. Any activities are completely optional.
3. Everyone i have come across in the guild is polite, friendly and helpfull (a helping hand or a simple Congrats etc goes a long way)
4. Guild activity is not heavy in The Elders but there are usually one or two people up for a dungeon.
5. We have a very gracious, friendly Guild Mistress Brambline whom seems to be an encyclopedia of information on the World of Warcraft and many other subjects, she never misses a whisper

Hope to see you joining us soon.

Other stuff you might like to know are,
6. You do need to be over 25 years old to be an Elder, oh and your character will need to have a name that is in line with the RP realms naming policies. Our Guild Mistress is tough on these two and will not budge.

7. The Elders are made up of all kinds of weird and wonderful people, we have Raiders, Dungeon runners, most of us are RPers (but you don't have to RP if you don't want to), we have a guy who is trying to hit lvl 85 without getting killed and a few of us are trying to get to 85 without killing or questing.

8. It is advised that you have an Account Authenticator for the security of your account and the guild but if you don't want one then that is cool as well.

It was Skyonyx, Brambline, without him. coming up with the thread idea it would in all likelihood never have started.

All Kudos to you Sky :-)

10. We have a few different nationalities in the guild, if your english isn't perfect don't worry, we don't judge on spelling/grammar.

11. Rules are pretty relaxed but the rules of being aged over 25 and having a suitable roleplaying name are non-negotiable

12: If a fellow guild member asks if you want to do a dungeon run, raid or instance and you don't have time or even if you just don't want to its ok to say "no thanks" we won't be upset.

13: You don't have to log your character in once a week or once a fortnight to make sure you don't get kicked out of the guild, in fact you don't have to log in once a month or more to make sure you don't get kicked, we understand that there is a real person behind the character who has a real life with stuff that needs doing.
